Scammer trying to get credit card numbers, left message about changes to the federal reserve and a way to lower credit card interest rates. dont have a credit card and they are calling my cell phone.

I recieve a phone call from this but I lost it

I have two phones with vodafone and recieved a call from the above number on both phones that i missed. One callat 3.59pm and the other a 4pm respectively. You call back and it says it is disconnected. I believe it is spam. I do not want unsolicited calls from this number.

it says to stop these messages simply reply to this one(charges may apply)

Once i answered the phone,they immediately said "sorry I have the wrong number and hung up."

VERY RUDE PERSON TRYING TO GET INFORMATION ABOUT PAYMENT I ASK FOR A LETTER TO BE SENT TO MY ADDRESS EXPLAIN WHY THE CHANGE OF PAYMENT THEY REFUSE TO DO IT.

According to NANP this is clearly a spoofed CID. There is no such rate center starting with 200. CID is easily spoofed and it is best to either blacklist the CID (once again CID can be spoofed easily) or just do not answer calls in the 200 "rate center" range - 201 is however legit.

No message, just continuing calls, nobody on phone when answered.
